HEATDRAWN Founder Ethan Ward partners with PhilmCo Media to Develop Television Pilot on Homelessness in Los Angeles

HEATDRAWN founder and journalist Ethan Ward will serve as a development consultant with PhilmCo Media on a television pilot exploring homelessness in Los Angeles.

During the six-month engagement, Ward will contribute to research development, narrative framing, and structural design for a scripted pilot examining housing instability and municipal response systems.

The collaboration reflects HEATDRAWN’s expansion into screen-based narrative development and cross-platform storytelling.
